BEFORE YOUR SHOOT
A 50% deposit must be paid upon booking, unless a later date is agreed upon. This is a non-refundable fee, unless I am unable to fulfill our shooting agreement.
I am open to you changing your look, as long as you request it and clearly communicate the change.
Remaining shoot payment must be paid by the day of your shoot at latest. Failure to pay will result in your digital downloads being withheld until shoot is paid for.
MINORS (any person under the age of 18) must have permission from a parent or legal guardian, and must have them sign their booking form with their name and phone number.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUND POLICY
If you have paid the remaining amount and cancel your shoot before the date agreed upon, you will receive a refund (not including the 50% deposit). Any cancellations after the agreed date of shoot, or if you miss your photoshoot, will not result in a refund.
DURING THE SHOOT
Please be on time! Lateness may result in having the lost time deducted from your photoshoot, and may result in less photos delivered.
I am flexible with coming up with poses or ideas on the spot, but please be prepared with ideas of your own. It's more than likely you know your character better than I do!
You are more than welcome to bring a friend/significant other/family member to help you feel more comfortable. Behind the scenes photos or videos are allowed for them to take, but I ask that they do not try directing the shoot or interrupt our shoot for their own photos.
AFTER THE SHOOT:
I will deliver your digital downloads within two weeks of the shoot ending. You will have thirty days to download them from my Google Drive before they are cleared to make more room.
If there is a photo that you do not want posted to my website or Instagram, please let me know as soon as possible.
You are free to make your own prints. I am also happy to do prints for you. I will charge a labor and shipping fee, and my prints will be sourced from Nations Photo Lab.
When posting online, please do not add any filters or additional edits. I will have worked hard to give your photos the right colorization so they won’t need a filter, and I do not want my editing misrepresented.
